I recommend the content collection. Put the document/file/article into the content collection, then you can grab the permalink from there to share/paste however you like. Use the double-down cheverons to select "360 view". The permalink is about the 4th item down.

We recently created a new course. The course file was not created. I can access the Content Collection, but the course file folder is not present. We created another course site at the same time, but this one has the course file present. Is there a way to create the course file? Thank You, Ed Warga

Hi Today is my 1st day exploring 9.1, and I am totally confused. Don't have the overview (workflow) of what is what. There is Content Collection, but don't know how to use it. My assumption will be that I can create folders here, one for each course, and link to the contents of these folders...
