After our update to 9.1 SP3 on 18 Dec our ability to Export, Acrchive, or Course Copy is not working any longer. Error messagfe say the Data in the course can not be persisted and no package is created or completed. Anyone know why this is happening?

We currently have Blackboard 9.1 Enterprise, but have been testing Moodle Rooms 1.9.9 (soon to upgrade to 2 I think).
