I am just now staring to play with uploading flat files to the SIS Integration Framework. I am having difficulty using the TEMPLATE_COURSE_KEY field. Wiht the old snapshot process, I could controll the field ownership (BB.Controlled.fields vs. SIS controlled fields) by modifying the snapshot.properties file. Is there any such modification in the SIS

We recently upgraded to SP9. Does the CRS_COPYINTO command still work from a snapshot client command prompt? Thanks, Lisa

That was just an example, I am not using the SYSTEM dsk,,,,I am using a created dsk bb9courses. And yes, I specifically want to use the CRS_COPYINTO command to copy course content into already-created course shells. My automated snapshot process creates the course shells, and then I would like to place content into the course shells using the CRS_COPYINTO

Hi, My institution is Managed Hosting, so I am able to process snapshot feed files via the snapshot client installed on my desktop. I have been able to successfully process flat feed files of courses, enrollments, staff assignments, etc. I do not seem to be able to apply a course template. I have created a course template, set it to be used as a template

Is it possible to create a system role that allows users to quck-enroll themselves into a course, but only be able to view content, grade center, discussions, tests, but not really be able to change anything? We have a LOT of Program chairs who want to be able to access courses to see what their faculty are doing.... What would be the best way to do

I'm wondering if I can use a Domain to restrict access to certain courses. I have a small subset of courses that I would like just a few users to have access to. Would I create a domain, put the restricted courses in the colelctions, and also put the users I would like to have access to theses courses in the users collection as well? Would that

When a course is created via the GUI in BB9.1, what is the external course key? I know with users, it is their user ID, but what is it for courses? The course ID? Thanks, Lisa

Hi, When exporting a course into a zip file, what is the maximum level of folders that can be in the zip file? I keep trying to export a course into a zip file, and, although it appears to export as a zip file, when I try to extract the files, I keep receiving an "the compressed file ***.zip is not valid." I think I remember seeing some material
