We found even though the auto submit for a test is set 1 hour, but a student's test result shows 2 minutes out of 2 hours. The test submitted 2 minutes late. I thought Blackboard will automatically submit the student on 1 hour. Does Blackboard give extra 2 minutes? Thank you Tigress

Thank you Mike. I tried to synchronize the course, but it doesn't work. I saw some students use the special characters like + or #, but don't want them to re-submit it. I've suggested the instructor to download their assignments individually from Grade Center. Thank you for exploring the Bb mysteries for me! I appreciate your input. BTW

Students are reporting they cannot make comments on each other's journal, but I, as the instructor, am able to comment on each one's entries. The Comment button seems missing from the student's view. Hello, When an instructor clicks a student's SA report on SafeAssign, it comes a blank page. I can tell the paper is processed because the matching rate is showing to us . This happens to some students not to all the class. Does anybody have this problem before? Any ideas? Thanks, Tigress
