Hi Guy Did you ever get this resolved? We are running 9.1 SP7 HF1 and seeing this issue on our student Windows 7 machines with IE 8. Doesn't appear to affect Firefox but only IE. Kind Regards Brendan

Search the files within the config directories for the text "D:\blackboard\content\" or equivalent. Running a few searches with different terms usually gives you a good indication how many places things like this are referenced and how they are structured. Then making the changes on your test environment with a good backup is the key to success

Hi Kathy We manage this by having a content Master Course for each subject. Eg 12ART_Master. The Teachers upload all content to this themselves. When we create this course automatically at the start of the year we copy from 12ART_Master to 12ART.01_Year. This seems to work best. At the end of the year it is the responsibility of the teacher of 12ART
