I've checked through Blackboard, I've download the Manual, and I can find nothing to close a Discussion Board to eliminate the possibility of late postings. Yes, I know there is a place to allow "Display", or not, however, I set that, logged out and back in and without using the Control Panel was still able to access and use the Discussion
