Thanks, Mike. We are on SP6. I'll have her try resetting the zoom.

An instructor reported that, after upgrading to Firefox 8.0.1, she is unable to view the last column and the last row (student) in her Grade Center. This happens for all sections of the same course. I am unable to replicate this after updating my own Firefox. She can view correctly in other browsers, but I wanted to see if anyone has ideas about this

I agree with you, Bobby. For one thing, the availability dates seem to serve no function except to display text stating the forum is unavailable. However, it actually is available since students can enter it and even edit it. Second, if you simply toggle the availability to "No", the forum link can be clicked, but results in "access denied"

This "Resource not Found" problem on course copies is recurring for us (where in the destination course, links to course files point to the source course) since upgrading to SP6. We did not have a problem with SP4 and we have submitted a ticket, case # 877956 . We have had to revert to using Export Package and Import Package for these courses

Regarding the Grade Center error, does this appear instead of the grade columns and rows (can't view GC items)? If so, we've been getting this in SP4 and now SP6. I cannot replicate it but have been able to resolve it as follows: Open Firefox (I can't access in IE when this error appears) Go to Manage > Column Organization in the Grade

Lisa, You might take a look at a previous post about multiple answers and partial credit: http://discussions.blackboard.com/forums/p/47984/146592.aspx#146592 The problem might be in to formula used, since it doesn't calculate as some people expect it does. The last two posts were very helpful to me when I encountered this and it does make sense

Amy, We just upgraded to SP6 and below are some issues we have noted: Duplicate Grading Categories (this one is the worst issue): When there are duplicate categories, a red banner results and we cannot access the categories to remove or edit categories. HTML Object: This issue was previously fixed, but is again causing errors when checked in the text

I suspect the answer is "no", but can the report card display a percentage rather than a score? I have an instructor who has the Total column's primary display set to percentage, but the Report Card Module displays the score. This instructor wants the percentage to show. Thanks. Liz

Those links are "Smart Views". You probably can't remove the duplicates since they are system smart views, but you can keep them from showing up in the Control Panel. Go to the Grade Center and select the "Manage" button and "Smart" Views. The items with the green stars are favorites and are the ones that appear in

Thanks, Mike. That's exactly how we address ADA accommodations, with the non-auto-submit. We have people who want both the extended time for those people and the "slam the door shut" for the others, which just isn't possible. I'm sure this tool will continue to evolve to meet these special needs. Liz
