Hello all - We are moving to managed hosting and I can't recall how to switch out the generic "Your Institution" logo in the banner area with our college logo. I've looked in Course settings/Course Images - no luck. Any suggestions? Tracy

One of our faculty members loves using the blog function . . .however, is it possible to view all the comments made by a single student for all the blogs in a course ? Someway to batch-read all the posts ? Perhaps ?

I'm searching for the equivalent to the "Sign-up" function that was available in Bboard 8 . . . we used it for incoming students to sign up for a language placement test. Is this feature still around in 9.1 ? Is it called something else ? Thx for any feedback. Tracy

Hello all - a handful of students in one of our classes keep receiving this error message NOT FOUND (in a red bar) The specified resource was not found, or you do not have permission to access it. All the documents are there, and I can access them as well as the professor. Is there some hidden permission O need to look for? HELP ! TRacy

HI Mike - yes - it's blackboard's definition - part of the "requirements for managed hosting" - which we are actively considering ! I think I found a solution by selecting users from admin panel the username>not blank and I found a total # at bottom of page. I'm going to use that # - do that sound accurate to you? T

How do I find the # of active users on the sys admin panel 9.1 - I have searched through all the options and cannot find active users " defined as the total number of unique users enrolled in at least one or more active and enabled courses at any given point in time" Help ! T
