Barbara Easiest way to do this is with the Course Instructor role. You will need an ID that only has this role. Log in with the Course Instructor role and then click on the the Tracking sub-tab. You will see option to "Export Raw Tracking Data". This will give you a file you can open in Excel and will include both student and section designer

Elizabeth You may want to ask your instructor if by chance they have used Selective Release and placed some release conditions on your Journals. They will be able to tell at a glance from their teach tab if the see the words "Conditional" or "Hidden" nest to the journal link. Hope this helps Harold

Janet I don't know of any way to turn off the message. There should not be an issue with your multiple users other than the Who's Online won't work. If you have anything like a quiz there might be an issue if both try to take it at the same time but I've never seen an issue pop up when logged in multiple times with the same id. Hope

Hi J As Bob mentions, exporting is not really an option however you can go to the discussion from the teach tab and click on View All reviews. When you do that there is a Print Option that may meet your needs. I use the Print to PDF and that meets my needs. Harold
