Francis Depending on the version of Blackboard you are using, this may be an issue with the latest version of Java. Look and see if you Java has updated itself to Java 1.6.0_29. If it has you will need to remove this version and download and install an older version of java. Harold

Evette You might try using the Member option instead of Group. Module opening date with unlimited end date AND end of module survey with a value of "Not blank" AND end of module assessment with a value of "greater than or equal to 60" OR Provost username OR CIO username. Hope this helps Harold

Mark I know of at least one institution that uses a portal to manage access to Vista 8. What they have done was to set up third party authentication to grant access to both applications. Perhaps you could try pointing your Vista install to use the same authentication source as your SIS so IDs and passwords would be the same. Hope this helps Harold

Also there have been some reports that Java SE 7 does not work very well either so you may want to check your java version. You may also want to try clearing your Java cache in your Java control panel as that sometimes

Ranjith From your Build tab, look in the left hand side navigation menu under Designer Tools. You should see the Selective Release link there. When you click on this, it will give you a map of your course. Note that you can click on the + sign next to each item and it will open up to show lower levels of content. On the far right of each content item
