Doug, As far as I know, the quiz is generating those letters and submitting them to Blackboard. How are you creating the SCORM quizzes in question? Mike

Carol, As you can see from the list of template variables, it's fairly simple to get the course name and number, and also the student's name (which is not on your list, but might be useful to include). The instructor name for the current course is not available as a template variable, probably because it's not guaranteed to be a single value

Martin, There is no building block related to this that I'm aware of. Our staff just post their documents in Word or PDF format. If the device in question can browse the web, it can probably read one of those formats, and if it can't browse the web or run one of the Blackboard Mobile apps (running on iOS or Android), it can't get into Blackboard

Lori, What Blackboard 9.1 service pack version is your school using? Mike

According to extensions.blackboard.com, the administrator guide for the NBC Learn building block is at http://icue.nbcunifiles.com/icue/files/highered/site/download/blackboard/NBC_Building_Block_Admin_Guide.doc. I don't see anything in the manual about changing the default video in the module, but if that is any option, it would be in the module

Kathy, It sounds like the students do not have permissions to see the banner image, which means either that permissions were not set when the banner image was copied over, or the banner image was not actually copied, and your new course is pointing to a banner image that is still in the old course. And if a menu button points to something that is hidden

Dan, Just to confirm, have you seen the Help page on question formats for uploading questions at https://help.blackboard.com/en-us/Learn/9.1_SP_10_and_SP_11/Instructor/070_Tests_Surveys_Pools/106_Uploading_Questions#question_format ? Mike
