We only just started with LDAP. We asked about it before, but we were prepping for this summer. Our services don't finish starting once the LDAP piece is enabled, so Blackboard isn't available to try LDAP. This being the case, I don't think the patch for SP3 will fix our problem. Is this problem fixed by SP6 or does the patch still need applied? We have updated to SP6 and are trying to configure LDAP for the first time, but are getting errors when starting the service.

Back on this question again since it's now summer. We are still on SP1 now looking to go up to SP5. Do they need to be installed in any order or can we just install SP5?

We are running Blackboard 9.1 Enterprise (upgrading to 9.5 this summer) on Server 2008 R2 on a dual server setup (app on one, db on the other).
