Hi Mike, Had the same behavior on Firefox 20.0 and Chrome 26.0. I tries again on Friday and got the message - "The profile you are looking for could not be found." But this morning, lo and behold, all is well. I was able to access my profile; verify it via an email sent from bb cloud; upload a picture. I hadn't changed anything on either

Hi Mike, Yes I do believe that is the mechanism. I already verified that I am allowing 3rd party cookies. Any other ideas? Thanks, George

Hi all, I'm trying out the new Profile tool. I enabled it under cloud settings but when I try to access my profile I get an error, "Not Logged In Your session may have timed out. Please log in again." Any ideas? George

Hi Scott, The theme is changed from the GUI so the system needs to be up. I've changed it numerous times on our test server to grab screenshots for documentation of changes and a few times on production as we updated service packs and to implement the fix described above. We've never had any issues. Hope that helps! George

Hi Liz, Have you made any progress? Mike Zimmerman (a Dr. C) posted a link to a xml generator for goals: http://ftc1.uark.edu/~cbray/goals/ I'm trying to give it try. Thanks, George

Hi - Is there a way to *not* show the value of a question on a test? I have a multiple answer question and if students can see how many points the question is worth, they can infer how many correct answers there are. Thanks, George

Hi Ralph, I would add to Mike's comment about Java that make sure that students have a video player to accommodate different formats. VLC is a nice free player. Flip4Mac will allow them to play Windows media in Quicktime. George

Great! Thanks so much for the info. George

Not for me...weird. I am definitely logged into BtBb; clicking around from home to Self Serv, etc, so I haven;t timed out. No worries, though as the second one does work for me. Thanks, George

Thanks for the quick reply! The first link does not work for me and I am logged into Behind the Bb. The second link does however. I see references to NCATE standards being available. Where are those stashed? Thanks again, George
