Active courses are defined as those which have students enrolled, instructors and/or designer enrolled, We want to see which courses have or have not been accessed by students or instructors for a certain time period. Yes we do have access to run queries on the database server - are you able to assist perhaps?

We are using Blackboard Learn 9.1 SP8. How can I obtain a list of actual active courses? (Not just a count but the course/subject names)

In Learn 9.1 SP8, Where can I find more information on obtaining and importing report definition packages? The existing reporting is insufficient, even in Astro, and we need to customise our reports to obtain what we need.

I'll log a request with Blackboard as the auto-submit definately does not work as it should on our system.

In the test options can Force Complete be checked if using the a time limit? In other words what does the system do if a person reaches the limit but the test must be completed?

If setting a time limit eg. 15min with auto submit On the test attempts arrive in the Needs Marking section of the grade book. The attempts show the amount of minutes over the time limit. I wonder why these options are made available in the application if they don't work. Cant believe that this is still a problem after SP8!
