We are looking at our options of how we can limit an organization member from emailing everyone in the organization. And also in the bigger picture learn more about how the email system works so possibly we can direct IT to make changes to the bbconfig file or an email config file to make the email batches smaller and less often so it doesn't cause

Does Blackboard offer any way to control email spooling? We had a member in an organization send to over 1000 members which, Microsoft Exchange service saw as spam. Now our IT department is concerned and is pressuring our department (Bb Admins) to come up with a solution to control emailing in large organizations. How can/do Admins in Bb control this
