Thank you Mike, and agreed on that name-changing frustration!

Course Management Pane / Control Panel > Customization > Teaching Style It's the sixth option. Hate to put a shameless plug in here, but here's the tutorial I made for my faculty to use: http://www2.cortland.edu/dotAsset/931270bb-8ecd-4de0-a387-d5536deffe78.pdf

Hmm, thanks for that Mike.

Is it possible to send an email to all members of a specific role, for example - all students, or all faculty?

Bethan, no they did not. They only assured me that it was fixed in SP10. They said it's a glitch, but they've been unable to replicate it on their end. I don't know what would have caused it. They think when the professor creates an exam, there's a hiccup in their internet service that could cause a packet loss, but I don't know

hmm The only workaround to that I found is if the student's paper had "suspected sources", it gives you the option to reprocess without selected sources. Simply don't select anything and it will run the report again. Other than that, you're right. That's unfortunate. Thanks Mike. J

For example: John submits a paper, then an hour later, Jane submits a paper. Jane's paper gets looked at against John's paper, but how do I get John's to look at Jane's, as hers was submitted after his was processed. Can I, after all students have uploaded, reprocess the entire batch again?

Thank you, both of you.

And as an alternative: is there a way to apply the "random answers" to all questions in bulk through Blackboard? (Or plan to be released?) I understand it's not fool-proof, as there's the chance of having a "All of the above" type question.

Hi, I was wondering if there's a function within Respondus' test conversion tool that will allow you to change a global setting for random answers when importing them into Blackboard. In other words, Blackboard can import the question banks from Respondus, but to make each question have "randomized" answers, you have to go into each
