  • mp4 videos will not play

    Hi, I have mp4 videos made with Camtasia. They are executed with a .swf flash file. I have linked the .swf file in BB 9.1 using "file" not "video" In instructor view and when you turn off edit it works fine. When a student logs on the video appears but will not play. Any ideas? Thanks

  • Embedding Video - Ugly Black Box

    Hi, I'm embedding MP4 video in a Content Area (Build Content -> Video). The video works but it embeds as a video player with a black box. This looks awful when you have several videos on the same page. I'd like to have the embedded player and the first frame of the video showing or something...
