Auditor role in Learn 9.1
We used the auditor role quite extensively in CE8 and now that we are upgrading to learn 9.1, I see there is no auditor role. Has any come up with a group of privileges that will mimic the auditor role in 9.1?

course roles and privileges (tool availability)
We've created several different course roles that are assigned to instructors based upon their level of training. We have discovered that even though we have turned off the privilege to a Tool (say Blogs), that an instructor can go through the process of creating the tool (Add Interactive Tool)....
