Dr. C, Can due dates could be set up automatically for reminders, etc? I know students and instructors can modify their notifications settings, but is there a way to say when/how often they get reminders about Assignments/Quizzes/Tests with due dates? Is there a feature (tied to the Grade Center) that allows a faculty member to see which students are behind in handing in assignments?

Has the To Do module been fixed in any recent service packs?

Does anyone know if the To Do module has been fixed so that it is accurately showing all due dates? We just recently updated our installment to Service Pack 7 but I can't find any information indicating the To Do module is working accurately.

New Message Notificaiton

So far as I can tell from looking over help docs an instructor and student have no ability to receive a new message notification when using the messages tool. Anyone have any experience otherwise? It seems a common requirement that an instructor would want to be notified when new messages have been sent...

Homepage not functioning

We have recently migrated to Blackboard 9.1 from 7.3. The "ticklers" on the course homepage does not seem to work. When new content is added to the course, a student does not see that there is new content availabe. When there are due dates given for assignments, they are not listed on the homepage...

No emails sent for new posts in discussion forum

We're using Release 9.1.40071.3 (recently upgraded). We upgraded so that we could use the discussion forums but to be notified by email when new posts were made within the course. Before and after upgrading the outcome is the same: no emails are sent to users when new posts are made to the discussion...
