Error Message when opening a test in Bb

I have several students that are receiving the following message when they try to open their Bb test "Object doesn't support this property or method". Any idea why they are receiving this and how to fix it?

problem with student access to changed assessment

I have (unwisely) edited a test that was already deployed because a number of students couldn't see an image embedded in one of the questions . I solved this by adding an additional link to the image, but left everything else (e.g. marks available etc) as it was before. They are allowed to save answers...

My Grades Total and Grade Center Total Different?

Hello All! I've had a student contact me with screen shots showing that her "Total" grade is a 90.81. However, in the Grade Center her 'Total" is a 89.81, which is mathematically correct (I've manually added the numbers on her screen shots and they added to 89.81 as well)....

Error when importing package into 9.1

We are trying to migrate a course in CE8 to 9.1 SP5 using the Import Package tool. We are getting at "File system entry not readable" error. We have previously migrated content from CE8 to 9.1 without a problem. What could cause this error?
