Automatic forwarding of emails to my regular email

I would like to have all emails that I receive on blackboard to be automatically forwarded to my regular email address since I check that regularly. I noticed someone else was able to do this, but could not figure out how. Thanks

Lost formatting

Every time I copy and paste from Word or Notepad into my email message box, all formatting is lost and everything runs together. This is making my papers one big jumble of words. Which radio button is supposed to be used at the bottom of the box? Smart, plain, or HTML? Copying from Word into notepad...
