Hi Henk Many thanks for this quick reply. I hope the first option will work for us. If the second option involves manually moving files from 2008-2009 to 2009-2010 ereserve folder and also then changing all the links in the 2009-2010 courses, we'd rather not have to do this if at all possible - but...
