Faculty member downloads Bb test results into Excel

Faculty member downloads Bb test results into Excel but when it opens into spreadsheet the first row is ALWAYS missing. I tried downloading the same results on my Mac and the 1st row is also ALWAYS missing. In fact, other test results from his courses have same result. Any suggestions?

We have the problem that once you download the assignment zip file, and the name is over 267 characters, you can't unzip it using a PC, nor open the file name in Word. Workaround solution is to find someone with a Mac to unzip, and rename the file by making them shorter.
