Snapshot Integration?
I appreciate your reponses! We recently added Snapshot Integration and our userids and passwords changed. Now we in effect have two logins, how is the best way to copy our current courses to our new login for next semester's classes? Thanks, Sandy

Selecting Files for a Course 9.1
I have uploaded a file with documents from another course (Course 1) from my Course Content Files, which I uploaded to go into this course (Course 2). Now to take this file with a few documents in it and put these files in the course content area (Course 2) - I have gone into the "Build Content"...

Permission problem when a course is copied
We have a course with several HTML package files. When we copy this course to another course, students cannot access these files. They get an error message: The specified resource was not found, or you do not have permission to access it, even after I run the CHECK COURSE LINKS. Thanks,

After doing course copy into an existing course, the destination course does not have any files in the file manager. The rest of the course has been...

Re: copying a class to a new course
If course copy is really not working, this explains a lot. We have numerous instances where instructors can access items but students cannot. Some can be fixed by resetting permissions, others require relinking. It's been a real blast on the first week of class when students can't access syllabi...
