Advanced forum

I was wandering if there is an option in Blackboard to create a forum instead of a discussion-board? As far as I know this is not the case but I heard there might be a building block available that gives you this ability. If this is so does anyone know where to get this. I am thinking of a forum like...

Calculated column - can I set to require completion of all test items?

I've got a problem with a calculated column: - 8 quizzes, 4 points each, total possible score is 32. - Must score at least 3/4 to progress to next quiz (easily done in adaptive release). - When all quizzes are passed, total (calculated) column shows P (set at 75-100%, or 24-32 points ). - Problem...
