Viewing Returned Attached Files Through Grade book
Hi, I'm teaching two online courses this semester and recently graded the students' work through Grade book. I grade them on an attached rubric, which works great. I also provide brief comments, which also work fine. *However, when I try to attach a copy of their submitted Word file (a composition...

Displaying "Red X" instead of attached image files
There are occassions in which students attach files (in assignments) for BB 9.1 and the instructor sees a "red X" instead of the image file that they are attaching. Does anyone know what is causing the red X instead of the image file to display? Some submissions work fine and can be viewed...

I do not know how to respond or what to think: It seems that the wrong file is being sent to some students within the grade center, when sending an attachment for feedback. (Students submitted assignments...

Re: Track changes by instructor in assignment attachments - bb 9.1
Thank you Paige for the confirmation of the intended workflow. The instructor/staff think that it is crazy that we now have two copies (student version & instructor version with changes). I tried to explain that the student is able to see exactly what they submitted and the instructor's version...

Re: Students having difficulty uploading files in Assignments
Hi Ken, We've had similar issues, especially when using Internet Explorer. We found that if the instructor copied and paste the assignment text from Word, this often messed up the attachment function for the students. HTML code also does some "wonders" for this particular problem. As a...

Adding document link/attachment to an Assignment- 9.1
I'm trying to link or attach a document to an assignment in BbLearn 9.1. The document is already uploaded into my course files. However, when I go to add an attachment (or create a link to the document in the visual editor), I do not get the button to "browse course files." I only get the...

Creating an Assignment with an attached file
One of our instructors is creating an assignment and wants to attach a video that he has uploaded to his Content Collection directory. When he creates his assignment and tries to attach the video, the only button he sees to attach the file is Browse My Computer. Can he attach the file from his Content...
