We are starting to use Blackboard's interactive rubrics with the points-range option to give marks and feedback to students. Is there a character limit in the feedback boxes for each criteria? Is there a character limit in the feedback in the general comments?

For instance, it appears I cannot use the Peer Review assignment type when making an assignment via Blackboard.
