Remediation on CE 6 & 8 and Vista courses

Hi, Is there any way we can do remediation on Blackboard CE 6 & 8 and Vista courses? I am looking for options similar like 'Adaptive Release' feature in Blackboard Learn. Regards, Ranjith.

Importing assessments/questions from Blackboard 9 to CE/Vista 8

We need to export assessments from Blackboard 9 to CE/Vista 8. Is there a 3rd party tool to facilitate this?
