Multiple Color Flags / Icons in Threads
How can I add multiple flags [colors, shapes, icons] to threads? For example, Green flag - the post has met the requirement. Red flag - the post has not met the requirement. Icon - professor's hat - would mean the post was made by the instructor, etc. Any suggestion on how this can be accomplished...

Enable Tracking disappear
I was assisting Librarians - in the past, they use eReserves and had tracking enabled on all items that they have uploaded by default. When we upgraded it to Bb 9 last year, this ability has disappeared. So they lost all the tracking from May to now. So I was assisting her and I told her - the only way...

Hi Kendall-- I struggled with similar statistic tracking issues all through the fall, and neither my system admins on campus or the Bb reps who came for training ever resolved the issue. No matter which browser I used, which platform (Mac or Windows) I used, or what dates I entered into the dialog boxes...

Overall Summary of User Activity
Need help interpret the data on the report of Overall Summary of User Activity. I picked a date when a student had NO access to the course and ran the report. But the Access/Hour of Day page shows more than 200 hits. What are these hits? Thank you... Jinsong
