Trouble accessing blackboard.mcphs.edu from Apple devices

I have an IPhone and Macbook and have been having some difficulties accessing the my college's site on both of them. Sometimes they load fine but most of the time when I enter my username and password and press Login, it just reloads the login page. Any ideas?
