I closed navigation frame down and now can't get it back.

Disabling Browser Check?
Is there any way for me as a user to turn off the annoying Browser Check popup in VISTA 8? I'm using FF 6 and it has been giving me the popup nearly every time I have logged on for the past year (so, also in FF 4 and 5 over 3 different computer systems I use). Problem logging into blackboard
--- Server: ?(?) | Client: Other(WIN) --- Hi, I have been able to log on, up until yesterday, all of a sudden I am unable to log in to blackboard at all, and it said I have the correct browser and everything, My login and password work for my email and portal, but it keeps saying my login and or password...
