How do instructors enter manual grades w/ "Not partipating" in that cell?

Adobe Captivate 6 quiz, SCORM, Grade Center = Attempt in progress

I created a quiz in Captivate 6 and published it as a SCORM zip file which I was able to upload just find in BB.
