On Bb 9.1 SP 8. Yes I am seeing the same thing as Amy reported. ALL discussion posts are copied forward with the forum, not just the first post. The names are all changed to Anonymous. Does this mean that whenever an instructor does a course copy s/he will have to do into each discussion and delete all...

Any way to "lock" or "close" a forum in Bb 9.1?
My class is using discussion boards as a primary learning vehicle. As we progress week-by-week through the term, I'd like to "close" (or "lock") some discussion forums, to keep the number of active forums manageable. Yet I don't want to "hide" or "delete"...

Number of post to change status from 'in progress' to 'needs grading'
When grading is enabled in a discussion forum and the option to change from 'in progress' to 'needs grading' is checked after 3 post, is this after 3 original post or does this include original threads and replies? Thanks!

Discussion Board Threads-Queued for Moderation
Using Bb Academic Suite 8.0,Learning System-Basic. A professor reports that students are not receiving a confirmation message from the Discussion Board when submitting a thread or response. I've searched Bb Knowledge Base but could not find anything on the subject. Any assistance is appreciated....

unable to post in discussion boards
A student stopped by my office and informed me she was unable to post replies to the discussion board in her class. I thought this might just be an instructor problem (we had one instructor that forgot to make it available to her students), but she logged in and showed me several responses from students...
