Adobe Captivate 6 quiz, SCORM, Grade Center = Attempt in progress

I created a quiz in Captivate 6 and published it as a SCORM zip file which I was able to upload just find in BB. However, no matter what settings I've tried, I cannot get Blackboard to publish the quiz grade in Grade Center. In Grade Center it always has Attempt in Progress. Please enlighten me!...

"Attempts Statistics" and "Download Results"
