Chat Room Error Message

Any idea why students would be getting an error message when they try to get into the chat room? I had them do a browser check. Specifically, they are seeing "The chat tool is currently unavailable. Try again later." This is followed by "Session has expired. Close the program and log in...

Adding SafeAssign Using a Mac

Common Cartridge Support for Blackboard Campus Edition 8

Hi, We have a course in IMS Common Cartridge (CC) v1.0 format. We would like to know if Blackbkoard Campus Edition supports IMS CC. If not, is there any plans to support IMS CC in future. Thanks, Nilesh
