Standards for alignment in course

I am trying to download the Kansas k-12 standards and keep coming up with an error message. Is there a way to get this fixed so I can import the standards into Bb?

BB9.1 Test

We use BB9.1. Some students reported they were kicked out, their test page froze, or receieved an erro message in the middle of a test. What could cause these problems? Is there a fix? Thanks. BTW: they said they used the certified browser.
