Using Chrome, cannot access "Reuse Question" option when creating/editing a test

In Blackboard 9.1.6, when I use Google Chrome as my browser and want to add a question to a test from an existing pool of questions or from another test, the "Reuse Questions > Find Questions" button does nothing. If I switch to Firefox, it works.

I have a student that installed the plug in on his Mac (10.5.8 OSx) using Firefox 10.0.2 and still can't see the PDF's. Any suggestions?

PDF's links and Mac computers

Students are having issues clicking on hyperlink text in PDF"s within 9.1 Learning Module. They are not able to click on the text or copy and paste it. Horizontal display of answer choices in an "ordering question"?

As far as I can tell the toggle to display answer selections either horizontally or vertically is not available for the test question content type "ordering questions". Is there any work around that will allow me to present ordering question answer selections horizontally? Perhaps in HTML?...

Unpackage files function like Bb8

In Blackboard version 8 there was a function Unpackage Files (through zip) In Bb9.1 the help says that this is possible with Build Content -> File But it does not show up anywhere, you just get a zip-file wich you can only download as a single file Does anybody see this (unpackaging function) working...

Firefox messing up with essay questions

Ours is Blackboard Release 9.1.60230.0 and this happens with Firefox (10.0.2). I did not see any problem with IE8 or Chrome. The issue is with typing text into a text field, and it occurs when a student attempts to answer an essay question. When Blackboard starts auto-saving, it interrupts student typing...

Organizing files in the file exchange

We are in the process of moving all faculty over to Blackboard, and one department would rely heavily on the file exchange tool in groups. Is there a way for students or the Instructor to organize the files that are uploaded using folders or the like?
