In previous editions of Bb when you entered "needs grading" and opened a test to grade it and accidentally left a question blank, Bb would not let you submit until you scored that question.

Now when you click "save and next", and a question is not scored it gives you no notice - just puts an exclamation point back in the grade center area but allows you to move on. The student sees an exclamation point with comments and wonders by there is no score.  The instructor thinks they have graded all the tests and sees exclamation points still in the GC.  Kind of defeats some of the purpose of "save and next".

Is this feature gone?  Or am I missing a setting?

Hi Trish - I don't have sp7 but I tested this on sp8 and I'm seeing the same results you are. You can submit a ticket to them on this to see if it is a bug or "working as designed". You can also submit an enhancement request at http://suggestions.blackboard.com to recommend they put it it back.
