I already let the instructor know, but I cannot take a quiz b/c Blackboard is falsely reporting I already took it. When Blackboard then tells me I can review my answers, it then tells me there's nothing to review because the quiz has not been completed. Any ideas? Instructor error? I already tried accessed it via Firefox and IE 8.
It sounds like the begin button was clicked at some point in time, whether by accident or not. I would recommend you ask your instructor if they would be willing to reset the quiz for you.
