When an instructor clicks a student's SA report on SafeAssign, it comes a blank page. I can tell the paper is processed because the matching rate is showing to us . This happens to some students not to all the class. Does anybody have this problem before? Any ideas?
That most likely means a problem with the SafeAssign server, since all that report information is coming directly from the SafeAssign server and this (the end of the semester at many schools) is a peak use period. I'd open a ticket with Blackboard and have them check on the SA status.
I submitted a ticket to the support team. They said it's a bug and they are working on this issue. For now, the student needs to resubmit the paper. Thank you for your input.
