I am in a situation where I need to some how retrieve past e-mails and other information from a class I recently took. My class is not on my Blackboard homepage anymore and I need these documents to Appeal a grade I received from a specific teacher. I tried to contact Blackboard Support but I need a six digit Client ID number. I do not know who else to contact for information. Any information would be helpful. Thank you!

I'm sorry, but emails sent from Blackboard are not saved in Blackboard--they are just sent the sender's and recipients' addresses. For other documents and information in your old classes, you need to contact the help desk at your school. Neither Blackboard nor Dr. C's has access to your school's Blackboard server.
