We want to save a completed Student Orientation learning module from a course to the Content Collection, then make it available to all instructors to copy and incorporate in their courses. I would assume this learning module would be saved to Institution Content, but so far have not figured out how to get it there.

The problem with this is that you save files in Content Collection, and things like Learning Modules and Lesson Plans are not files. Rather, they are really more like special folders into which you put content--see http://discussions.blackboard.com/forums/p/52368/161336.aspx#161336.
