Is it possible to add more than one hotspot within the one question. I was thinking it seems to work as a tag and therefore thought it should be quite straightforward to add multiple hotspots for one image?

Hi Oliva - No, each hot spot question can only have one hot spot. You would need to make separate questions for each. You can submit an enhancement request to http://suggestions.blackboard.com.
