I am creating a basic portfolio and have been asked to do the following:
"Be sure there is a section on the Introductory page for comments."
The intro page is something we have created...but I don't see that there is anyway to include a comments option within a page itself. I can only find the portfolio comments option that creates a separate comments page below other menu items.
Does anyone have any idea what they might be talking about?

My guess would be that the instructor means for you to create a separate comments page, but the only way to really know for sure is to ask the instructor.

It's not possible to add comments to a specific portfolio page (though often requested). You can only add comments to the portfolio as a whole, as you already figured out. Maybe a good thing to inform you instructor about this.
