Hello, I have a student who claims her name is spelt wrong in Blackboard, (specifically in the top 'banner' area) but everything I can see has it spelt the way she wishes (account info, discussions, grade center)...any ideas?
Hi Mark. Have your student click the My Places link beside the name they are seeing that is incorrect and then click Personal Information. From there they can either edit the information or if it is prefilled from the student information system, they will be able to at least see where it is incorrect.
