"Attempts Statistics" and "Download Results" are two functions in Grade Center that are critical for my assessment team. They appear only in the columns for quizzes that were created in Blackboard. For the same quizzes created in SoftChalk (uploaded through scorecenter) or Adobe Captivate (scorm 1.2 and 2004), the two items are not available and do not appear in the column pull down.
Can anyone explain why and how I might configure the uploads to turn on these tools?Thanks.

Hi Timothy - since this isn't a Blackboard tool, the options for download results and attempt statistics aren't available. There isn't anything that can be turned on for this that I'm aware of. I would suggest you contact SoftChalk and let them know your need for these types of statistics within Blackboard.
