An instructor created a 10 question quiz by using the Create Question tool from within a specific test. She didn't create them within the Pool tool. She now wants to move those questions into a Question Pool so it will randomize the order of the questions to minimize cheating. When I use the Create Question Set option to move them into a Set, then the original copies of the questions are still in the test as questions 1-10 with the Set showing up after that. And when I try to remove the original questions in slots 1-10, they get deleted from the Set. Is there a way to move questions that already exist in a test into a Set without having to recreate them in the Pool?

Jennifer,

The questions in Question Sets and Random Blocks both have to be pulled from another source, so they have to come from a pool or a test.

You can easily create a from the existing test questions by creating new pool, then adding the questions to it by selecting Find Questions, then choosing the test and the questions you want to copy.
