We a are unable to access the Grade Centre off campus – just continously says loading. On campus it works fine. What can the problem be and how do we solve it?
Etienne - I would suggest to ensure you are using a compatible browser/version at home. If so, you may need to contact your local helpdesk to see if others are experiencing the same thing.

Another thing to check is, if you have recently upgraded Blackboard, you may need to clear your Java cache on your off-campus machine. The "spinning" that you describe when trying to open the grade center is sometimes seen when the browser is trying to use older cached versions of the grade center Java applets after the server 9and Grade Center) have been upgraded to newer versions.

We have tried different workstation and different browsers and clerard Java cache but still recieve the windows authentication poup login.
What version and service pack of Bb are you using and what browser/version are you using?
It seems the recent versions of firefox take very long to load the grade centre with many students. Learn 9.1 sp6
