Is there a recommended way to apply a secondary "system" role using an XML snapshot?
(Not "institution", I really do mean "system")
The default primary system role is "none", but for a certain type of user I wish to apply a secondary role using a snapshot process.
Secondary institution roles have a dedicated encapsulating tag <PORTAL_ROLE_MEMBERSHIP> which should be applied to BB in a separate XML file to the main "User" snapshot.
There doesn't seem to be a analogous tag for the system roles.
Any ideas?

As far as I can see, the secondary system roles table (wherever that is--I can't seem to actually find it) is not accessible via snapshot, or via the new Data Integration tools that were added in the last couple of service packs.
