I am trying to import assessments from CE8 to 9.1, but keep getting errors. I am downloading the assessment from CE8 as a zip file, going to "Import Package" in 9.1, selecting the file, and checking "tests, surveys, and pools."
Any ideas?

Importing a package is when you are importing a complete course. To import individual tests in Blackboard, you go under the course control panel to Course Tools > Tests, Pools and Surveys > Tests, and click on "Import Test".
However, I'm not sure that exported CE8 tests are in a format that's compatible with the Blackboard Learn 9.1 test import process.

Unfortunately using only Blackboard's tools, you can't move individual assessments between those systems. You can import a whole CE8 course, and then move an individual assessment from one Bb 9.1 course to another. The other solution is to use an intermediary such as the Respondus software which can retrieve questions and assessments from one LMS and publish them in another.
